About me

Hi everyone! Really excited that you are here. This website is really just a hodgepodge of my various interests and hobbies. I hope that through it you can learn more about me, about the field of cellular agriculture, and possibly enjoy some photography.

My official occupational title is as a PhD student at UCSD in their biological sciences department. Here, I study developmental biology. Specifically, my thesis work is focused on understanding cardiac patterning.

Outside of my thesis work, I am really interested in exploring the world of alternative proteins and cellular agriculture. I love to do this from both the science mindset (understanding the technologies and science that make this field possible) as well as the entrepreneurial one (thinking about where there are gaps in the industry and viable business opportunities).

My non-science hobbies include photography, running, wheel throwing, and yoga.

Feel to reach out and connect with me, I would love to chat about anything and everything related to dev. bio., cell ag., and more.
